Tampa Bay Mutiny (Rock and Rollin Rollin Rollin Rawhide) v DC United (Dime-not-a-nickel-trodon)

The Mutiny opened the scoring in the 1st quarter with a safety after blitzing on a 4th down and inches. Two-zip Mutiny.
After switching ends DC came out all guns a blazing, and converted a long range field goal.
Not to be outdone the Mutiny reverted to the Shotgun offense (Yankee spelling) which hurt Dime-not-Nickel s Red Zone D.
The Mutiny extended their lead when a Hail Mary pass led to a Lassiter touchdown and the P.A.T. was sweetly converted.

The crowd thoroughly enjoyed the half time show. AC/DC accompanied by cheerleaders is something not to be missed
(especially Brian Johnson s nip-slip).

After half-time hot dogs (with added steroids) the Mutiny stepped up a gear. A Mutiny home run with two bases loaded meant
only a complete game with a triple play in the 8th could save DC who dropped the third quarter three to zip. All hopes of a
United comeback faded when they were given a 5 minute penalty for roughing during icing. A stupid penalty shot meant Tampa
Bay blanked DC in the final quarter. United s failiure to convert to score with the bases loaded in the bottom of the two minute
warning meant all four quarters went to the Mutiny. DC have to rethink their power play teams if they re going to get back in
playoff contention.
