About the group drawing:

What about a digital version of it instead of surprise eggs hassle?
Writing names in a little program, then having groups drawn on button click, everyone watching on the big screen.

Would make things much easier for organizers and still enjoyable for everyone to watch.

Yea, I was thinking about Hawkz, too. Will also ask Redhair if he can do something like his old Sensible Days Manager.

I used Google Sheets in Billund because it has an automatic sorting function for league tables etc.
The same can be done in Excel, but it s more difficult to produce a league table (you need to create a
few auxiliary columns with countif s and so on).

Random numbers are easily produced in both programs, though I d have to think about how to implement
this in a live draw situation. Then again, the more I think about it, the more Ilike the physical drawing of pots
instead of just pressing a button. I only need to type in a name (or even an abbreviation) to put someone
in a group/draw so it should be easy to do live , maybe even easier than a random Excel-draw.

I think I could use both systems at Sensi Days without too much trouble. It all has to do with what
the community wants in the spreadsheets, aka what should happen automatically etc.. I m busy with
marking final exams etc. at the moment. It might be handy if we all think of what we want in Excel (or
Google Sheets) at Sensible Days. I ve contacted Hawkz to see what we can implement.

As we ve spoken on whatsapp, let s go for Excel for the group drawing, with a nice layout in Hawkz quality/style.
No hassling with those bowls and surprise eggs.

What we want/need? Well, seems like we ll have 6 groups to start with on both big formats, so 6 pots for each one.
