watching the database I ve found six players at which you must change nationality (because all of them have gained caps or at least call ups from a different national team than the one in which they are born):
Mamadou Samassa (gk Guingamp) from France to Mali
Makan Traore (lb Laval) from France to Mali
Mickael Fabre (gk Clermont) from France to Algeria
Cristian Battocchio (m Watford) from Argentina to Italy
Sammir (lw Dinamo Zagreb) from Brazil to Croatia
Matias Quintana (gk Sud America) from Custom to Uruguay (this one was a mistake, I think!)
