He doesnt seem to be a bad guy? Just angry about not getting in to the polish league isnt he. He didnt even use any swear words, just complained about a fact he couldn t understand as he is new. And banning ppl for using caps is a bit geekish

He shouldnt be banned but he must accept some rules on channel and site...We will work over it
