Better connection gives you less lag, but the game is at equal speed on both hosts. AFAIK.

Lower ping means better reaction, so yes if you are playing on server and your opponent has lower ping he will have advantage over you. That won t mean his players will run faster though, it means he simply can react faster than you since he will have less delay between his controller inputs and the players action on the game.
Like Playa said with p2p pings are always the same to both players.

But it doesn´t matter, if you have 10 or 30 ms. But over this step you must maybe change your playing-style. It can happen that your normal goals didn´t work with the higher ping
server game, better for low ping player.

Nothing to add!
Or you have to be more skilled, after some time you ll get used to it. In my case for example I had problems to shoot goals from the boxcorner if I played with high ping. But after some matches it s possible to get used to it IMO. Worst problem for me (low ping player) is the defence if I have to play with higher ping.
