Just to check I started one team (B36 Torshavn, Faroese champions).
I used all data on transfermarket.com, so the positions are....weird

I attached the Excel list I used and the corresponding Editor file.
Am I doing this right?
By the way...are you allowed to change the name of the league?
Seeing as the Faroese Premier League is called the Effodeildin.

Yes, you are! But, save file and play-test in PC SWOS, to see if league name works correctly, in career mode!

And thanks, I ll play/test it, but maybe I should leave that up to who adds all files?
Thing I never knew...there are 12 Faroe teams in SWOS, 10 in the Premier League and 2 Non-League teams.
Also...the league ends on October the 22nd...so will there be an update after the September 30th deadline?

4 = LB
7 = RW
5 = LW
11 = A
Then, squad matches SWOS standards, with correct positions.
Otherwise, they will underperform cpu-controlled.
Best example from 96/97: Barcelona, screwed up positions, that s why they never win Primera division in career mode, when you coach abroad.

Change the following to match SWOS tactics:
4 = LB
7 = RW
5 = LW
11 = A
Then, squad matches SWOS standards, with correct positions.
That s what I needed to know. There were no LB s so I am allowed to create one

That way you might be able to see e.g. what player played LB the most even if no one is a natural LB.
In fact, that s how original SWOS worked too - players were assigned a position they played in their club, not their ideal/preffered position.
