There are plenty of easy beginner goals for amiga here:

Especially 3rd and 4th goal are easy. I would recommend using Real Madrid or Italy for offensive training.
Since you love the disgusting goal on pc so much, here is something similar for amiga:

Best practice is to play with real opponent I think. You will know how to score the latest after the tournmanet (but from what I see on results, you are not bad on PC SWOS, so Amiga is different, but not that much?) Nice to have you in and see your skills
