Edit player positions in pre-match view

Hello guys,

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the positions of the players to our choice? Example:
 

This image is a 4-4-2 with a diamond midfield, I would like to change it in a 4-4-2 with a flat midfield

 
I would like it to look like this ↑
Note: This last image is edited with photoshop

I'm looking for a file to edit it, someone who knows where it is saved in the game or how it works in the game...
