INTRODUCTION

It’s time to officially announce the biggest, most sensible event of 2017, Sensible Days!
This year the 14th annual Sensible Soccer World Championships will take place in Csillebérc (Budapest) in Hungary.
The hungarian organization team is proud to be the 6th country selected to host the Days.
Be prepared for a great tournament, lots of old and new SWOS friends and lots of fun in the heart of Europe!

The location Csillebérci Szabadidő és Ifjúsági Központ is located 10 km from the city centre of Budapest and easily reachable with car or with public transportation.

There will be two main tournaments (PC SWOS and Amiga SWOS) and one side tournament. (Classic Sensi)

LOCATION

The location Csillebérci Szabadidő és Ifjúsági Központ is located 10 km from the city centre of Budapest and easily reachable with car or with public transportation.

The Leisure and Youth Centre is one of the nicest green areas of Budapest on Szabadság-hill. The facilities of 46 hectares are excellent for individual and group excursions, recreation of people at all age, arranging conferences, sport events and all kinds of spare time programmes. It has several meeting-and conference rooms of different sizes, equipped with audio-visual and translation appliances for all kinds of sittings.

Tournament will be played in a conference center, which contains one big room (80 m2) and three small rooms (25 m2 each).
Conference center is just next to the bungalows. (about 300 meters)

CATERING

Meals will be served in the restaurant, which is within 100 meters walk from the bungalows.

In total 8 meals will be served.
Friday: dinner
Saturday: breakfast – lunch – dinner
Sunday: breakfast – lunch – dinner
Monday: breakfast

We ensure there will be all the drink (cola, orange, lemonade, water and some kind of alcoholic beverage) you want.
It is also possible to order fast food (pizza’s etc.) for some extra euro’s and use the restaurant at the location as well.
If you have other wishes concerning your diet (e.g. vegetarian) then please inform us beforehand.

ROOMS

A total of 75 people can sleep over at the location.
Accomodation is in bungalows, where every bungalow has 4 rooms and almost every room is equipped with 3 beds.
The exceptions are 3 rooms where the room has 4 beds.

We have a total of 6 bungalows (a total of 24 rooms), which makes a total of 75 beds available.

Please state your preference when booking and who you are going to share with.
This is based on the principle “first come (= paid), first served”.

We have no different rates for the different kinds of room.


PACKAGES

The following Sensi Package Holidays can be booked.

Option 1 (Full package) - € 120,-
Three nights stay - Eight meals and unlimited snacks - Unlimited drinks - Participation in all organized tournaments

Option 2 (Two days package) - € 100,-
Two nights stay – All above stated meals during your stay – Unlimited drinks – Participation in all tournaments during your stay

Option 3 (One day package) - € 60,-
One night stay – All above stated meals during your stay – Unlimited drinks – Participation in all tournaments during your stay

Option 4 (Just Visiting) - € 30,-
No overnight stay – All above stated meals during your visit – Unlimited drinks – Participation in the PC or Amiga tournament

We have reserved for the early birds for Thursday (27th July) two bungalows (a total of 22 beds), if someone want/need to arrive one day earlier.

Consult us for our non-package options (f.e. arrival on Thursday or someone want to leave only on Tuesday, etc.)

FORMAT AND RULES

The following rules are the same for both (AMIGA) (PC). Only difference is the tactics and KO rules.

Group stage, groups played in DIY leagues
KO rounds, played as DIY cup [QUESTION: change as same to PC?]

Players are placed in groups by drawing from pots. The pots will be created beforehand by a well-respected group of Sensi veterans.
The pots will be posted in the forum about one week before the tournament starts.

Teams
Any original team from SWOS 96-97 or 16-17 may be chosen, and edited through Edited Custom Teams menu,
to add a personal touch to your team (names and colors).
For base we will use the online save disk. A custom teams and tactics thread will be created later on.

Pitch Type
Always random (pressing ESC to get a new pitch, only if both players agree). If both players agree to play on a specific pitch this is fine too.

Controllers
Free of choice. Feel free to bring your own controller. Also there will be various controllers present at the tournament.

Home player advantage
The home player may pick his seat position first if he wants to.

Other gameplay rules
Players are not allowed to press R , S , SPACE , F9 ESC during a game unless agreed upon amongst the two players.
Number of substitutes for each match is 5 of 5.

Game time / options
In the group stage 2 games will be played vs each player ( home and away match) - 1 match lasts 3 mins. Groupstage options:


Specific AMIGA rules

Amiga KO-rounds: 2 x 3 min, no ET, no penalties!

- If it s a draw another 2 games have to be played!
- If they also end in a draw (no extratime!!!) on agg. a penalty shootout will take place!

(tactic rule for Amiga makes this mode mandatory, see below!)

Special tactic rule for Amiga
The home player (the first player of a fixture Home vs. Guest ) is allowed to use a custom tactic.
If he does that the guest player is also allowed to load a custom tactic!
If the home player doesn t use a custom tactic, the guest is not allowed to use a custom tactic.
If a custom tactic is chosen by the home player his opponent may use any available tactic on the disc
if he hasn t got his own (except the one from opponent if he does not agree, unless he is not the creator of it)!

Optional: Players agree between themselves! (eg.: both games with tactic, or both games without)
However, only 1 tactic may be loaded per player!


Specific PC rules

PC KO-rounds: 2 legs, ET if replay, penalties if replay!


- On PC custom tactics are allowed in every match without any restrictions! However, only 1 tactic may be loaded per player!

Nice work guys. Looking very much forward to visiting Budapest again. Such a nice city.

Dont think I participate this year. Its 1600 km in a car or 240 euros by plaine. To far away og to expensive. Hopefully a solution will show, but dont think so.

Would be a pity, if you would miss the Days this year, I really hope that a good solution will show.

I have just checked plaine tickets from Copenhagen to Budapest, its currently about 200 euros, so hope for the best, as the prices are changing quite a lot, its worth checking.
