Not quite the SWOS i was looking for was created by LollyConway
Hi,

I m in search of a dear old friend i would while away the hours with on my PC, i ve got half way there but theres a few personality traits missing that means it doesn t quite fill the void :-[

Im running OSX using Boxer as dos emulator.

I downloaded the SWOS: PC (DOS) - SWOS v1.0 (95/96) from www.sensiblesoccer.de/index.php?site=download_main.

the things missing that make the game all the more appealing imo are:

-the meetings with chairman when you ve ben a naughty boy on the transfer market and celebratory post game scenes when you ve whooped some ASS!

-the players names flashing in the top left hand corner when you score a goal

-an active crowd, jumping up and down and what not, and billboards round the side of the pitch

-the career history list found in the view competitions section when in career mode

-the in game commentary!

-the post game on pitch celebrations / commiserations

-crowd noise in game (i m sure this is probably something to do with setting up the correct sound driver? but i have the menu midi music going :) )

i have some more problems but i think there more suited to a separate post.

Thanks very much for any help given

Lolly
