Hi Guys, i m a newbie so please be gentle. I m also a technophobe. OK, so just bought SWOS on CD Rom for PC. I was wondering how would be the best way to update to the current data as of 2010/11 season and also to reflect changes in cup structure.

If any one could help or point me in the right direction it d be much appreciated. ta
