Hmmm, you want to edit the SNES rom file?

Can you do the editing of team names and players like the Mega Drive / Genesis version?

You have to hack the rom, to edit the teams.

Editing teams natively within the game (Sensible Soccer 1.1, 1.2 IE / Ltd WC) doesn t work on consoles (No Sega, No SNES, No Atari Jaguar!)!
It only works on the versions for home computers (Amiga / PC).

You can edit teams on at least one of the Mega Drive versions; I ve done this before. It s just that it could only store ~20 teams. Edit anything more after your first 20 teams, and it can t store it anymore and forgets it. But it would remember the first 20 teams fine. Don t remember about the SNES but I suspect you can t edit much or anything. Due to SNES lower horizontal resolution (256 instead of 320) it didn t even have full player names IIRC.

I found a way to edit players and teams names on Atari Jaguar to create a new rom but I don t know the compression mode is working ... I edit manually teams in the playing game and catch the data in the ram ( Atari Jaguar has 2 MB of ram ) and copy paste it the rom.
I look in the PC and Genesis version , it uses the same team structure in all 3 versions.
