Guide to online play?

Hi,
I have looked and searched this board for a guide or walkthrough on how to go on amiga online swos and actually play.

I have downloaded amiga swos, but i don t know how to use WinUAEXP or Kaillera. I am completely lost. I also don t know how to work Kickstart ROM or if I even need it

If there is a guide on this forum or on sensi.de, then feel free to delete this thread. I was just not able to find it. If not, please help.
