Can you run Sensible Soccer 98-99 European Club Edition on Windows 10?

And I am sorry if this was already been discussed here, but I am going out of my mind out for a few years now and finally I've found this place.
Is there a fix on how to run this amazing game on Windows 10? For me it crashes after the start screen.

Sorry i have only just seen this, i seldom check these forums because as much as i love the game i don't play it often and i know it's not the most popular of the series - any luck getting it to run yet?

I use Linux (Mint OS) on my laptop and use a free program called WINE to emulate older Windows games (you can chose what Window system you emulate, the oldest being XP). I use my original Sensi '98 ECE CD and install/run the game with that - i have attached some pictures to (hopefully) give you a better idea of how i run the games

What I wanted was to actually make it run on Windows 10/11. I have the ps1 version and I use an emulator and it works fine, but I want to run it in the old school way & and that is what I am trying to find out, if you can run it like that, or it's not possible in any way.
