Does anyone know whether CPU players with better values have a better AI?

I.e.: when such a player does the same thing of a weaker player, he does it better; but does he try to do different things?

BTW, what do we know about SWOS AI? E.g. we know every detail of team files, what about AI routines?

Hm not much...

I only know that SWOS AI players are invulnerable and un-sent-off-able.
