Launcher window too big!

Hi!!
I'm running the beloved SWOS in my arcade cabinet. The only problem I have is that the CRT monitor only supports 600x400 (or 640x480 max).
The launcher window is just a couple of pixel larger than the screen and I can't click on the button to start the game! I can only see 'till the line with the icons (www, discord, etc)

There's an option to resize the window but it only goes bigger, not smaller.

Any chance to fix/change that? Any trick, setting, ini, whatever??
The game runs just fine of course (when I run the main exe and skip the launcher)

For anyone in the future having this problem (and apparently zero answers...) I solved it creating a .bat file with these parameters:

That's true. It must be the most well hidden start button ever ))
Still, a resizable/scrollable launcher window would help, I miss half of the settings and DLC interface
