We have this option available in original dates (17-20 July):

It is near Opole, reasonable distance to Katowice airport, less reasonable distance from Krakow and Wroclaw airports (I believe there won't be many travellers by plane if any). It is close to A4 motorway.
This is owned by a client of my office, so it is easier to arrange everything. The place is originally for about 45 people, but if we have 20 participants we can have it for ourselves. I will need to let them know by the end of this week.
It has 1,2,3,4-person rooms, a dining room, a conference room.
So if we have about 10-20 people interested we can go with it.

Ok, i am about to book, since i sort of want to go....
but
a) is this now def going on (10-20 at least?)
b) i will be arriving at katowice at 1120 friday, and leave monade very early 7.10... is someone able to bring me.../pcik me up
( i won't mind goignby public transport friday, but is that easy?) and for monday i guess a taxi is possible too, is that affordable?)

@xflea.. if you talk to the owner, could you ask him if you can rent bikes? according to their site it's a great bike area, and an early morning bike ride could help remove my hangover;)
