Stuck in career mode

Most of you have probably noticed that there are some countries in career mode in which you get stuck, i.e. you won t get any job offers from foreign clubs. Is there a list of these countries around? Or some way around this?

Mainly the smaller leagues like the Czech, Russian, Polish. In my last career I even got stuck in France (didn t get a foreign job offer in 5 years, even though I won the league every year). I am using the PC version of the game btw.

Impossible, I played in polish league many seasons...So i got job offers from Romania, Czech, Slovakia..simple from Eastern Europe...

Hmm.. it could indeed be that I was wrong about Poland and the Czech league, but I m absolutely sure I ve never had a foreign job offer when playing in Russia or other small leagues like Iceland, Faeroer, San Marino etc and practically all leagues that are not in Europe.

I got stuck in Albania on the 360 version...
