I'm a beginner

I discovered this site, and i m very happy to try it, but i have some problems.

I download AMIGA SWOS winUAE Kaillera v1.00, i instal it, but i need kickstart 1.3. So, where i can find it, and where put it ?
Also, how i can do to play online ? I can t open Kaleira because i haven t ip server.

I think that it will be a good idea to do a tutorial for new players because i m totaly lose..
