I used swos total pack 1.09 and at this end of my career , when i press continue, the game freeze on israili cup?

All this means is that whichever dataset you are using has a different number of teams in Italy compared with the game exe from which it is running. The game expects a different number of teams in a division and crashes.

Which dataset are you running?
I m not familiar with how total pack works but I just use the original exe and my 07-08 update, which sticks to the original league structures rigidly and hence does not crash, ever, with the original exe or swos2 file.
