When i would like save my career, swow want to save on a disk and not on the hard disk.I would like to known if it s possible to save on hd and not on disk

Yes, with whdload version of SWOS:
www.whdownload.com/games/Pack-S-2007-01-...er9697_v1.7_0842.zip
All files saved to hard drive. Use normal Winuae to play it.

I used this version to played swos New Amiga SWOS Online-Version, but when i want to save swos need disk and it not saved on the hd

No, only on disc! You can just click on save and it works (takes a few seconds).
Later you can extract the saved files from the adf disc using the adf-view shell extension:
