SWOS suddenly wont start

Hi

So i have been playing the game for some days now...career mode.
Suddenly this morning the game wont start.

im using DOSBOX 0.74 and the error looks like this

I remember it used to say something about
MOUNT D: (something more)

Its suddenly gone and the game wont start.
Any ideas?

I have thought about uninstalling and reinstalling the game...but i guess that will erase all my progress so far...any takes on how to reinstall and deploy my progress to the newly installed game?

I managed to solve it my self.

I made an install of the game in another location...for some reason that solved the issue in my original installation
