Hello fellow SWOS lovers!

I really need some help - I d love to download SWOS with the latest squads etc for my laptop which is a Windows 8 operating system. As the title suggests I d love some help with this download so I can play my all time favourite game - and I know the tutorials are out there but I am a total technophobe so I was wondering if someone could give me a step by step guide to help me?
