I cannot open a career, never happened before

I was playing the australian league. Once I get called as a national coach, I cannot save that year career.

All goes fine, the other seasons, other careers... When I start with Australia first year, when I saved it all is ok, but when I open it, the game is blocked. It stays frozen in the saving page, and stops there forever.

Edit: I can play the career in national mode, I can go year after year until the end. So, there is no structure problem or similar. But when I saved it works, but when I open the saved game, does not. If do not accept the australian national coach offer, all goes well. I m not using total pack.

Any idea? Thank you
