Two problems with Synchronated SWOS 12/13 uptade

I have two problems,
one; when I end of carrer mode game stop and I can t do nothing :/
two; it is possible to add second league to poland league?

Please, use syncronated swos 12-13 update v.1.2 version, not the expanded one (names and databases are listed under the tab team db.

Adding division are not possible in easy way, here is one topic
