UAE4Droid - Emulation on Android Phones

Hey guys... I recently downloaded UAE4Droid on my Android mobile phone and have got SWOS 96/97working perfectly but I was wondering if there s any way to update the data to modern day? I noticed the guys over on the PC forum have up-to-date data but I ve been unable to get the floppy images for these to work in UAE4Droid. Can anyone help with this please?

Sweet thanks. I ve done that but there s too much data in the hdf for the swos disk 2 adf. I ve copied disk 2 and renamed to disk 3 with the rest of the data in but it hangs when trying to select a club in career mode. I guess I m not doing it the right way. I ll try to search on increasing the size of the adf but if you know how to get round this it would be much appreciated.

Edit: Downloaded ADF Opus and created a 2MB adf, copied original swos disk2 to it, replaced the data folder with the 2010/11 data but it s booting the first disk but not recognising the second... hmmm.

I cannot get this to work, I ve tried all the combinations for creating adf in ADF Opus but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

I don t know if anyone s still reading this but if they are here s a little bit more info...

I tried the whole spread the data over more disks idea again and get a strange result. Able to boot into the game which is not surprising because disk 1 is the same anyway. I can then start a career with a team from a country up to and including Israel. Wayhey, partial result!

Problems come though when trying to start a career from anyone in Italy onwards... which is annoying because two favourite teams are Juventus and Rangers (I m an Italian/Scottish half breed, lol).

I ve split the team files 000 to 069 on disk 2 and 070 to 085 248 on disk3. Now... I think that Scotland is 033 so... I don t understand. To make matters even more confusing, if I start a career as say, Chelsea or Ajax, I can browse the up-to-date Scottish teams!! I m obviously missing something here and it has me very confused so if ANYONE is able to help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

I have now managed to get all the data on disk 2 and get into a career but again only as teams from Albania to Israel, so it s working playing as English teams with adfs but not as Scottish... which is what I want.

So everyone knows, I have now managed to get other teams working in career and friendlies using the 1.03 data (thanks to Synchronated ) but it crashes after the Cup Winners Cup result at the end of the season... so close yet so far. lol

Was playing SWOS today on my android only as manager though. The joystick is useless would be much better if it could be changed to something similar to striker soccer.

I used WiimoteController from the Market to pair a Wiimote to my phone. Works perfectly mate. Think you need to be rooted though.... And be on a ROM without HTC Sense.
