Here s a little .DIY competition for a single player. You can play the whole La Liga 2010/2011 season. I ve prepared 5 files, so you can play either with Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Sevilla or Valencia. If anybody is interested in managing another team just let me know. Or maybe a hardcore version with all 20 teams as player-coach? ElMichaJ Bomb, what do you think?
Some comments on teams in this package:
1. I edited teams according to first round 19 matches (so don t expect Kaka in starting lineup of Real Madrid). I was using following sources:
- www.lfp.es - for season 2010/2011 historical data (minutes played, starting lineup appearances, goals, etc.);
- www.football-lineups.com - for lineups;
- en.wikipedia.org - for managers and kits;
- www.transfermarkt.de - for cross-reference and hair colors.
2. I edited over original SWOS 96/97 Spanish Premier League teams, according to nowadays teams strenght (so Barcelona is edited over Barcelona, Real Madrid over Real Madrid, Sevilla over Dep. La Coruna, and so on). As nowadays there are 20 teams in La Liga, 2 weakest teams in SWOS 96/97 (Valladolid and Extremadura) were not used. This was the orthodox way (no skills editing) but the disadvantage is the nationalities are messed up (eg. Messi is Brazilian).
3. Generally Barcelona squad may seem a bit strange at first sight - I edited it the way it fits my lineup of original SWOS 96/97 Barcelona team. Sorry about it!

Nice one .
As always...I d join.
By the way, do you still have the results from our World Cup simulation?
Purely out of interest (Final was Netherlands vs Italy?).
