Short Session...

We ve started a new season played one game and I had to quit - i ll be back.
First we play coule of friendly games and the we go for Oceania Cup.

Taking over

Pretty easy, except the last two where I kept on trying to score from distance (one of my weak points).
That made the match vs Costa Rica a very close one and Rufer just squeaked the 2-1 winner with 5 minutes to go.
I completed the friendlies, next up the Oceania Cup. Have fun!

Yo...season is done. We won the Oceania Cup ;D

We had a decider match vs Australia. Was pretty hard to score as you can see in the stats:














The 1000th goal in this career was scored by RB Terry Hazlewood by a penalty ;D

I ve been sick the past few days. What better way to get well again than to revisit our friends from New Zealand?

Easy enough season. The occasional hiccup in defence, some better-than-normal games from Rock (especially vs Oman), and of course...RUFER!!!
We won the first five friendlies. After that we won our first two Asian tour games.
Final match of the season was our tour game vs South Korea.
Could the Kiwi s go undefeated?

I ve done something different this time. Instead of just posting some screens I recorded the last match and uploaded it to my Youtube channel .

It always takes a while before it can be found, so I ll post the link tomorrow (can you feel the suspense?) .

Another season with New Zealand. Almost flawless only Hadji of Morocco was able to defeat our keeper (in the very first game).

Rufer started with several average performances, but then in Oceania Cup... you ll see.

FRIENDLIES 2004/05 SEASON

MOROCCO: Morocco was able to answer one Kiwi goal, but then lost 3 more. Hadji turned out to be the only player to score against New Zealand in this seasaon.

BURUNDI: This game was called the twenty minutes that shook Burundi Between 53 and 74 the Kiwis scored 5 times!

EGYPT: Rufer followed Taylor closely in that match - very symmetric scoring timeline

MALAWI: First Kiwi hattrick in this season - of course Rufer!

FAROE ISLES: The hardest opponent - from Europe At least the score says so...

OCEANIA CUP 2004/05

SOLOMON ISLANDS: The awekening of Rufer - 3 hattricks in one game

FIJI: Another four goals by Rufer.

AUSTRALIA: Another four goals by Rufer. One added by Taylor, but it really should also be the Rufer goal. Disastrous performsnce by Australia in this Oceania Cup.
