Better get yourself some USB adapter.

when try to calibrate or, just recognize the button click

but when move it, left, right, up, down...nothing...tested this with 2 joys
will see for the adapters, but don t want to give up with this

Do NOT buy competition pro USB version. Why? Low quality product! Beware!
Better buy some original Amiga Competition Pro, and USB adapter.

still don t work...
unistalled ppjoy and using just the Amiga SWOS-Total Pack installation, but the same problem
that adapter was working earlier when I have winxp
is the problem maybe due to win7?

Maybe, but I m not sure.
You could ask to Lestat, I know he was using an Amiga joystick and a serial port.

But he is not active, last visit in march 2015.
