How do I load hdf image please? OR can you recommend an auto installer for W7 64

I have my quickshot joy and adaptor ready to go, now I just need SWOS, hopefully an up to date and online version.

I ve tried several different versions and the only one I can get working is the original sensible soccer (adf). I have SWOS hdf version but how do I load this please? I ve selected add hardfile, and start, but WinUAE just gives error message Not a DOS disc in unit 0 .

Please help. How do I load hdf images please or is that an auto install version that works with windows 7 64-bit please?

is this version compatible with the one we use for our online matches, ro32x?
