Sound FX question

Hi, I want to create a sound FX DLC, when i check the original fx files under fx\Original 96_97\audio\fx path i saw some file names easyly udnerstandable but couldnt udnerstand some of  them for example comblue comred combrown, is there a manuel that shows when this files/fx are triggered? Also is there any doc to how to create DLC? Thanks
