England update

Here it is, the English team file 008 update.

Let me explaine how swos updates work before you people start criticizing it.

1. SWOS is over 10 years old so vales can only go from -£25k to +£15m
2. Player skills are from 0-15.

3. Player skills catulates the player prices.
4. In lower leagues teams they must have 0 in their skills so prices can be SWOS like.
5. In the update I added the most played players for the first 11.
6. Enjoy the update and please TRY and appreciate the hard work!
7. Those who think they can do better then I ll waste my time on something else!
8. I ve been updating since 1998! One has leant from experiance.
