The best player I can find on the game is a player I think called Begurestain . He is a striker in the game and costs £1.3 million. He plays for Deportivo La Courina in Spain.

havent looked up there points but collymore and ravanelli are very good

There s this guy from Espinho (on the Portuguese league) called Marco Luis that costs about 300k that is extremely quick. I always buy him. Great skill for his price.

For me a very fast player and great goalscorer is Francesco Baiano,tho i am going by older versions like 95/96 as i have not long started playing 97 so have not tryed him out yet ! :)

Yeah! :) Very fast player and the only one who can go fast enough against much better teams. He s from Red Star Belgrade :)

andreas moller was always a favourite of mine. 8)

always used to build a team around mattheus sammer and andreas moller. :)

When me my brother used to play manager version together, we always went for:-

Hilmar Bjornsson - Left Winger from Icelandic team KR for 150k speed control is very good. Especially if you play in the lower leagues just buy him he ll get the goals - :)

Regis Genaux - Right Back from (I think) Standard Liege for 850k speed price.

just signed redondo for newcastle in my first season.

just lost redondo and shearer for the league cup final and got beat 4-1. : (

no matter how much u think u have the game by the knackers it can bite u up the arse. ;D
