The youth hostel is free in that date. I will proceed and see which price he asks for.
I roughly calculated, but it could be that a total of 150 Euro per person is needed.
That includes:
- Location, food, cups medals, and some SWOS general running costs!

Thanks, guys!! It s shaping up slowly. Making a deal with Dirk (warden), should be able to confirm in a couple of days.
@Klaris: Food is completely included and supplied by the hostel. And this is a great thing to have off our own to-do list.
