Hello all!
Newbie here, so please feel free to shoot! :P
Downloaded latest version and actually enjoying on PC (windows).
I am trying to edit a career save (wanted to remove an injury, but would curious to test some changes to attributes of players)
I have found the editor from Anoxic83 named AG_SWSEdt (vers. 2.5.4)
I have properly installed it and pointing to CAREER data path (like \SWOS 2020\swos\CAREER\DATA\)
The editor opens up, but the player in the team are the "vanilla" ones, meaning I totallly miss the players I have traded in in the career, plus the temporary reserves are not showing up, just the basic 16 player that you would find in the team if you play with the same team without starting a career.
>>> Any ideas on how to make this editor "grab" my actual career data to edit it?
maybe is not possible due to the editor being obsolete, but asking just in case...suggestions for any alternative solutions/editor are welcome
Thanks for the patience!

Normal SWOS editor do not open CAR files.

Please try these:
github.com/EMPI-PL/SWOS_career_team_explorer/releases
github.com/PierHub/Swos-Magic-Trick
github.com/Jezza53/SWOS_career_team_explorer

Thanks Playaveli!
This is exactly what I was looking for!
Shame is it seems I do not manage to run the editor because of python.
will need to try to the other PC once back home. I have with me an old Windows 7 laptop I use for retrogaming and it seems it won't run any Python version compatible with the program you shared which need Python 3.10 or more recent.
I found a "fork" for using Python 3.11 on Windows 7 and successfully installed it, but:
1. have no idea about how python works
2. If I try to launch CARExplorer.PY with the Python program, It shows a dos shell for a second and then nothing happens

I am a miserable case! :(
I hope there was an editor with a easy windows interface.

Will try to run from the other laptop which is more recent and should support Python recent version, but I'm afraid given I have no idea about how to use Python, I am going to file.

in the meantime
