Timetable for an ISSF Season

1st or 2nd day of a season:
- screenshot of current ISSF Rankings
- create tournaments and set "Single Player or Teams" to "Associations"
- get all qualified players of each association (number of places in issf ranking)
- add them to the tournaments and specify their asscocation in players list
- create the groups by manual random
- update the groups ISSFCL and ISSFCup in #issf discord channel

14th day of a season
- write some reminders to players which have not played yet in discord #issf by direct name-mention

21th day of a season
- last reminder because of last day

22nd day of a season
- delete all open matches
- create quarterfinals

around 10 days later try to push players to play their matches, then goto semi and final
