position of new player when exchanged to a pc-controlled team

Hi to everyone,
I really would like to do some exchange of players among teams during carrer mode, like other teams could make transfer market too.
Is there an editor for (.car) files which for moving players among teams?
Otherwise is there a way to control in game the position in the team a player I send to a new team will occupy?
If with a tranfer exchange I send a player to another team he will often end on the bench, even if he is much better then the others on the field, I really can't understand how to avoid it.
