I have seen this more than once in the game. Most obvious is M. Santos from AJAX because he is on one of the better teams in the game.
According to his stats he should have TSP or TPS as the 3 best skills but ingame he is has HPS. I also tried extracting the the dutch league file from the game, and opened it with an editor, but the stats were the same as on gazchap. I can t really find a logical answer to this other than it is an old weird game
Maybe Zlatko can find something in the code?

some more thoughts on this subject:
1. how is this 3-letter indicator (eg. HPS) generated? automatically or what?
2. in fact the game uses not 0-7 scale but 0-15 scale... it shoudn t really matter, but who knows?

1. Check manual, page 23, last paragraph! Check screenshot!
drive.google.com/file/d/1lygamnMnN2YyiNY1N2QWqTIuGTJ2YwM2/view
2. No, it shouldn t matter.
@djowger: The editor shows Santos skills correctly, as TPS! Check attachment!
Asked Zlatko to keep an eye on it.
I think, this is a tiny little bug, as it only happens to a handful of players in the game. The rest is fine.

Yes, we know all that, this is not what I meant. Here s a wild thought: maybe those 3-letter code is not automatically generated from skill points but put there from a master database that included some errors
