Sorry mate, it is absolutely not unfair:
The rule is, if you post you can promote, but if you don t and the match is not played you can not. The rule was VERY clear.
- If none posted, no game played, both out.

Please, don t say it is unfair. You should have posted, and you would be in.

I hope you like this fair rule, and you will participate again if there were any competition like this.

I will be in Belgrade (deadline evening is coming), so I am not sure that I can post the Semi-finals immediately. Rules not changed! Please follow this (as you can see on the graph):

1st player: Winner of IlCignoDz vs. Blazej_BDG (note: IlCD posted his availability, Blazej not.)
2nd player: Winner of Pallister vs. Manuel (note: none posted his availability)

Semi-final2
1st player: AbelXavier (has won against Ulg)
2nd player: Winner of Hawkz vs. Pedrito (note: none posted his availability)

I hope all of the 4 QF will be played, and you can start the Semis soon! Deadline for the QFs is still September 23.
